We welcome writers to Silver Sage Magazine (“SSM”) and our community of fellow Silver Sagers.
If you’ve received a request to write for SSM, please stay in the category of topic(s) that we’ve asked you to write for. If you are interested in writing for SSM and have not received a request to write, please let us know which category you would like to write for.

Well, you get a voice and an opportunity for you to share your knowledge with the world – through Silver Sage Magazine. On top of that, you get Silver Sage Swag – shirts, baseball hats, coffee mugs, water bottles, umbrellas. Contact us for our Contributor Award Program for specific information.
After nine accepted original writing posts, you will receive an official Silver Sage Magazine Press Pass giving you access to special events and recognition as a practicing journalist. If you’re a serious writer, and you post and publish more than 12 original articles with us, we will offer you a Freelance Writing Agreement where you will be paid for writing for us – unlike other popular online magazines!
Most importantly, you get respect from all of us at Silver Sage Magazine and get to be part of an awesome community of adults who care about other adults.
Silver Sage Magazine is a community that is built for us, about us and by us. This isn’t for the Millenials. This is for you. Give your writing the opportunity for others to see it – join the Writers at Silver Sage Magazine.
Silver Sage celebrates the maturity, complexity and uniqueness of adults; delivering informative, timely and compelling content with a decidedly mature, sophisticated and insider’s voice. Clever and intelligent, Silver Sage connects adults in a unique celebration of living life well. It is the quintessential guide for fashion, beauty, travel, finance, health and culture for adults. Fiction submissions should be no longer than approximately 2000 words and conform to the standards set forth in our Editorial and Writing Guide, which is available upon request.
That being said, we are looking for a diversity of voices within the forty plus writer’s community: international writers, those with various educational and economic backgrounds, people of different minorities and those from various geographic regions.
We also will accept submissions on your personal viewpoints or commentary on issues relevant to the Silver Sage Magazine community. We are not accepting submissions for politics or religious articles at this time and we are not able to accept any submissions that are purely self-promotional. However, we will gladly promote you through SSM.
Articles should be for a specific section within Silver Sage Magazine. Please indicate which section you are submitting for. We do not accept miscellaneous articles, blogs or postings. If you are unsure of what a section or subsection is, please contact us for clarification.

Disclaimer: SSM retains the right to republish articles in any of our other publications. SSM also reserves the right to decline to publish a submitted article for any reason, including duplication of recent topics, the need for significant rewrites, pieces that are self-promotional, pieces that are discriminatory or offensive, or if the topic doesn’t fit with our needs. Because of the moderation process, articles will not be published immediately but may take several weeks or months at best. If several articles are submitted at once (either by one person or by several individuals), SSM may stagger publications to ensure each article has time at the top of our page. If you are reviewing a product and were paid to review the product you must state that in your article.
