Last week in New Orleans, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) conference presented data from the Daughters in the Workplace℠ survey provided by Home Instead, Inc., franchisor of the Home Instead Senior Care® network.
Some interesting results of the survey’s 1,001 working women aged 45 to 60 who participated. The women identified as employed and are caregivers for at least one parent and/or in-law in the United States and Canada:
